The intake interview is the first step of our coaching programme, where we engage in conversation to establish the starting situation and the desired end goal. Together with you, we create a plan based on your situation and needs. Every school and every lesson is, after all, unique. Sustainable coaching means that we choose not to always work with one-off sessions. Therefore, we offer a coaching programme that spans several months. This ensures better anchoring of the acquired knowledge. It also allows us to work with experience rather than just theory.
