Prior Knowledge

  • You need a prior knowledge of the M365 Business Apps and products.
  • You should already know the following concepts or technologies: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams....
  • You should be familiar with the following environments:
    • MS Entra
    • MS Admin center
    • MS Intune (recommended - not required)
